$49.99 per month for each location, plus 15¢ per card transaction. Card processing is at Stripe’s rates and we never mark it up. Optional add-ons like payroll are priced on the pricing page.
When does my monthly bill start?
On the day you go live. You pay for your hardware when you order, and the monthly plan only starts once you’re taking orders with Friendly.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. There is no long-term contract, and if Friendly isn’t right for you in the first 30 days, we refund your Friendly fees.
Can you move my menu and customers from my old system?
Yes. Our team helps you switch: we load your menu, set up your devices and train your staff remotely for free. In-person install is available as an add-on.
What if my internet goes down?
Add the Network kit with LTE backup and you can keep taking cards when your internet drops.
Do I need new hardware?
